Block Party is our Strawberry Lime Berliner Weisse: lower gravity, bright, and built for long afternoons that somehow turn into evenings. We brewed this one with intention—a mixed fermentation using two strains of yeast to keep lactic acid production in check, bringing a softer, less sharp tartness that stays refreshing all the way through. Strawberry and lime are then used to finish fermentation, layering in a juicy fruit pop and a crisp citrus snap that plays perfectly with the style’s easy, spritzy character. The result is a sweet‑tart balance that’s super crushable and made for sunshine—best enjoyed like any good block party: outside, with friends, and with the music a little too loud
