John and Patti: Gemstone Farm is a 40 acre, family farm in Grovespring, MO where they raise a docile, hardy breed of heritage hog known as, The Large Black. These hogs are pasture-raised, with a diet of acorns, hickories, walnuts, grass, and plenty of fresh air and sunshine. This pork contains no growth hormones or antibiotics.
