Blues, Brews & BBQ at Public House Brewing Company St. James!
This inaugural event to be held in The Gardens on Saturday, July 17th was inspired by our love of Chef Gabe’s barbecued pork steaks. Once Chef agreed to spend his Saturday afternoon at the grill, we went to work finding the perfect local musicians to compliment. Add 14 taps of our favorite beers, and boom, we have an event!
Chef Gabe’s rocking BBQ menu (see below) is available while supplies last. We’ll also offer our full menu with brick oven pizzas, locally sourced burgers, and more. Limited release beers on tap will include Peach Cream Ale, House Party Gose, Hazy IPA, and Headshot Helles.
Rock out to the Blues with jam sessions from Bryan Copeland 4 pm – 6 pm and John Pratt from 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm.
The Gardens will be smokin’ and rockin’! Blues, Brews & BBQ is a free, family-friendly, pet-friendly event.

BBQ Menu:
Moon Dance Farms Brats – Traditional or Jalapeno Cheddar: Locally sourced from Moon Dance Farms brats are soaked in our Public House Cream Ale, then grilled to perfection over charcoal and mesquite.
Pork Steaks – Marinated in Chef Gabe’s Secret Sauce and dry-rubbed in our Signature Southwest Pork Seasoning and grilled to tender perfection over charcoal and Mesquite.
Italian Pasta Salad Fresh, locally sourced tomatoes, zucchini, onions, cucumbers, basil, and peppers are combined in a lovely medley with pasta, fresh mozzarella, grated parmesan, and house-made Italian dressing.
Southwest Style Street Corn – Freshly smoked corn off the cob is sautéed with locally sourced poblano peppers, red and yellow onion, then mixed with a house-made chipotle garlic-lime aioli and fresh goat cheese.
