STYLE: Gose with Fruit

While our brewing team loves making beer day in and day out, one of their favorite activities is the R/D process. We are constantly working on creating new flavor profiles for our customers as well as working to improve upon existing products.

House Party 2 is a combination of both sides of the R/D process. Working with a base beer that has been very popular in our taprooms and adding some new dimensions.

After many trials with different fruit combinations our team settled on pink guava. The fruit was added to the beginning of the fermentation so that the yeast could consume the sugars keeping the finish dry and tart, while still highlighting the flavor of the guava fruit.
