Inspired by a spicy coffee cocktail from Giddy Goat Coffee House in Rolla, MO, we decided to make a variant of our Giddy Goat Coffee Milk Stout. We grabbed Giddy Goat by the horns and took it up a notch. Keeping a similar base as Giddy Goat Stout, the ABV content jumped up to 7.0% and was brewed with spices. Cocoa, cayenne and cinnamon were added during the brewing process. These flavors are blended well with a bit of Giddy Goat Espresso that was cold-brewed and added to this spicy stout.
