Flynn’s Irish Red (named after Brewmaster Josh Stacy’s firstborn son) is a beer that we’ve been brewing in our Rolla R&D Brewpub every spring since 2011. It’s a style that is extremely sessionable and lends itself well to springtime in Missouri. As the ice of winter begins to thaw and the heavy coats are swapped for sweaters and jackets, the malt-forward, toasty character of our Irish Red-style ale emerges in a timely fashion bearing the comfort of an old friend.
