The idea of a coffee-infused stout really got us giddy, so we reached out to our friends at Giddy Goat Coffee House located in Rolla, Missouri to collaborate. After tasting dozens of combinations, we were left with heart palpitations and three style options. Indecisive and jacked up on espresso, we asked people in the pub to help us decide. A milk stout won. This dark, full-bodied ale boasts rich and roasty coffee notes with a slight creamy sweetness and a clean finish.
