Warm-Up Winterfest

Warm-Up Winterfest at Public House St. James and St. James Winery is Saturday, January 29, 2022.
At the Taproom, Justyn Moreland will entertain the lunch crowd beginning at noon. Our full menu is available, and Chef Gabe invites us to duck the cold weather with several features, detailed below. From the bar, in honor of our anniversary, sip through the years with a barleywine vertical tasting. This Creature Beer 2022 is also available on draft, in 4-pack 16-ounce cans.
For more Warm-Up Winterfest fun, be sure to visit our friends and neighbors at the St. James Winery tasting room for a very special made-from-scratch recipe of Red Wine Hot Chocolate, cookies, and door prizes.
Then, carry out the fun into the evening at our rescheduled 11th Ale-Iversary Bash! Live music, pulled pork taco special, the reading of the Public House blessing, and another opportunity for a barleywine vertical tasting all at the Rolla Brewpub.
– Duck Tacos: Three toasted flour tortillas filled with ground duck then topped with feta, freshly grated lime zest, and Wojapi Sauce (Native American sweet berry).
-Duck Pizza: House-made wood-fired dough topped with house-made tzatziki sauce, ground duck, feta, and dressed arugula.
-Native-Inspired Duck Plate: A third-pound duck patty grilled to perfection and served atop a bed of wild rice. Completing the plate is dressed arugula and Wojapi Sauce.

New Year’s Eve with Trilogy

Local favorite Trilogy will rock us into the New Year in Public House style!

 

Bringing you the best in live, local music is what we do at Public House! The band Trilogy will be set up inside the spacious and comfortable St. James, MO Taproom. Their first set will begin at 8:00 pm and they’ll play right up until the confetti drop.

 

Chef Gabe and his team are working on building an extra special menu, while the front of the house team is preparing to mix up a festive cocktail or two. We’ll update here as soon as possible.

 

There’s no cover charge or fee of any kind to enjoy this holiday event. We look forward to celebrating with you!

 

Chef’s Features were announced today!

 

Moondance Farm Ribeye Steak – $20 – Served with Revelation Stout, cherry, and walnut compound butter, pasta salad, and home fries.

Wood-fired Duck Pizza – $16 – House-made pizza crust is topped with Chef’s tzatziki spread, red onion, feta, and arugula that’s been tossed with garlic oil and salt.
